Due to government regulations, we are forced to move Aairport Festival 2022 to January 20th and 21nd 2023.

We’re devestated to not be able to host our event in January 2022, but the situation is simply out of our hands.

We are doing all we can to move all artists to the new dates and will keep you posted in this regard. Spinnin’ Sessions & Q-dance will of course keep their hostings on Friday and Saturday.

Economy Tickets are our “regular tickets”, which gives the traveller access to the festival grounds on either 1 or 2 days depending on the choice of a one-way or a returning ticket

– Aairport Festival is an 18+ festival. This means that entry will only be granted for travellers with a minimum age of 18.
– If any doubt staff will check for ID’ 

Business Class

Business Class Tickets are our “vip” tickets. The tickets gives the traveller access to the festival ground on either 1 or 2 days depending on the choice of a one-way or a returning ticket. Furthermore they give the traveller access to our exclusive Business Lounge area, with a perfect view of the main stage, guaranteeing you an experience of a lifetime.

Business Class includes:
– Free Bar w. Champagne, Beer, RTD (Ready to Drink; like alcoholic cider etc.), Soda, Red Bull, Drinks, Shots & Water
– Access to Business Lounge Area
– Private bars
– Private bathroom facilities
– Private entrance
– First class service
– Exclusive offers on pre-booked tables with large bottles

Please note:
– Aairport Festival is an 18+ festival. This means that entry will only be granted for travellers with a minimum age of 18.
– If any doubt staff will check for ID
– Bars only serve one drink at a time
– Staff can deny serving you if you get too wasted
– If you use the ticket to get free drinks for others, you will be escorted out of the festival with no compensation.

Smoking / Tobacco

There will be designated smoking lounges and outside areas where it is possible to smoke.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke anywhere else at the festival site. Smoke detectors WILL go off, and firedepartment and police will automatically be called. If you are responsible it will result in a large fine, and you will get kicked out of the festival.

It is possible to buy tobacco at selected tobacco stands on the festival site.

Wardrobe / Lockers

On the lower ground of the festival site you can access our wardrobe. At the wardrope you will get an ID number. Please do not loose this as this is the only way we can deliver you your belongings.

By train & bus
Buy a ticket to destination Aalborg Station / Aalborg Busterminal, and take a shuttlebus.
By plane
Buy a ticket to destination “Aalborg Lufthavn”.
When you are going to the party there are free shuttles from Aalborg center (Aalborg Busterminal) to Gigantium
By car, scooter or bike
Go to the above mentioned adress and follow the signs.

Disabled access

Aairport Festival is for everyone, and we have made sure, that access is available for everyone. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the staff

Disabled Toilets
Disabled toilets are available on the festival site.

Food & Drinks

At our food court we are serving a variety of different foods and drinks in a relaxed and chilled atmosphere where you can recharge your batteries before getting back to the party.

Please note that it is NOT allowed to bring your own food or drinks to the festival.


Unable to participate?
Already purchased a ticket, but can’t come to our festival?
Unfortunately, our tickets are non-refundable, but you are welcome to try and resell the ticket yourself. We advice you to use, which is a secure and monitored platform to resell tickets.
We advise you not to buy tickets through anyone other than Billetlugen, Eventim &, as we simply can not guarantee the safety and validity hereof.
Lost your ticket
Purchased a ticket, but lost it? Do not worry. Simply log on to your Billetlugen account and retrieve it here.
Remember to use the same e-mail as you registered with when ordering the tickets.

Can someone else use my ticket?

Tickets are not bound by name. This means that you are more than welcome to give your ticket away if you are unable to participate.

Tickets will be scanned and checked for validation at the enterence, and please note that they can only be used once.

Unofficial ticket sale

We do advice you to be careful when purchasing tickets from other source than our official ticket partner.

As previously mentioned, we simply cannot guarantee the safety and validity of these tickets.

Ticketsale is prohibited for a business without a written agreement directly from Aairport Festival. A fine of €2.000 per day will occur as long as this is violated.

What am I allowed to bring?
You are allowed to bring:
Costumes, inflatables, cigarettes and small cameras (But NOT cameras with stabilators and gimbals like Go Pro, DJI etc).
You ARE NOT allowed to bring:
Professinal camera gear (unless you have an agreement with us), weapons, drugs, sharp, heavy. large and hard objects, chairs, spray cans, spray, glass, food and drinks.
If you are unsure of a certain item, please do not hesitate to write to us on Facebook or
First Aid
First aid will be present at our festival. Please do not hesitate to stop by if you are not feeling well, your well being is our top priority!
If needed, you can purchase earplugs at selected areas across the festival site. 
Lost & found

All items found at the festival site will be delivered to lost & found.

After the event we will hand in everything to the local police, where you can pick it up the next day.

There will be merchandise stands available at the festival, where it is possible to get your hands on exclusive and limited merchandise.

Age & ID

Aairport Festival is 18+, no exceptions.

If any doubt security will check for ID at the entrance. Please remember to bring a valid ID in form of a driver’s licence, ID-card with picture or passport. We do not accept ID without a picture, as well as photocopies, things on your phone etc.


“Aairport Festival” is a registered trademark and cannot be used without written consent from Aairport Festival management.

Violation of our trademark rights will be changed with DKK 10.000 per day until the violation ends.

Aairport Festival is a cashless festival. We accept all major credit- and debit cards everywhere on the festival site.

Please note that if you bring cash, you can buy special Aairport Creditcards at the entrance of the festival. Just look for the“Exchange” signs at the Aairport Festival.
